Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

Deposits & Refund Policy

At U-Lock-It, we strive to make our storage services as clear and straightforward as possible.

• Deposits: A deposit of $20 is required for all new rentals and will be refunded upon the return of the storage unit in clean and undamaged condition.
• Prepaid Rent: You may pay in advance at any time.

Account Setup & Delivery

Your storage unit will be ready for access upon signing your rental contract with your contact information provided.

Products & Pricing

We offer a variety of storage units to fit your needs:

• Standard Units: 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20 drive-up outside units
• Climate Controlled Units: 5x10 and 10x10 temperature-regulated units
• Outdoor Parking: Available for vehicles, boats, RVs, and trailers
• Rental Terms: All storage unit rentals are available on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required.
• Fees: Additional fees may apply for late payments, lock changes, or administrative charges. All pricing is subject to change with advance notice. Card payments include a 3.5% processing surcharge.

Rental Agreement

All customers must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of storage unit usage, including payment terms and responsibilities. Your rental agreement is the binding contract between you and U-Lock-It.

Access Rules

Tenants are allowed access to their storage units 7 days a week from 5 AM to 10 PM. Our facility features gated access with personalized entry codes for authorized tenants only.

Late Fees & Lien Process

Please be aware of the following payment policies:

• Due Date: Rent is due on the date the contract is signed and every month thereafter on the same date.
• Late Fee: A late fee of $10 will be charged if payment is 30 days late.
• Non-Payment: Continued non-payment may result in termination of the rental agreement.
• Lien Process: In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to place a facility lock on the storage unit and a lien on the contents. Legal proceedings may follow after 90 days of overdue payments.

Liability Limitations

We are not liable for the loss or damage to items stored in units. Tenants are encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored property. Tenants will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the owner from all claims, demands, or causes of action brought as a result of the tenant using the unit.

Storage Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all storage units:

• Tenants should not store any motor vehicle in a unit without prior consent.
• Tenants should not conduct any activity in or around, nor store any property in a unit, which would result in a violation of any ordinance, statute, or regulation of any governmental agency having jurisdiction.
• Tenants are strictly prohibited from storing or using flammable materials on the premises.
• Food items are not permitted in storage units.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of U-Lock-It or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Online Payments

Our website provides a link to a third-party payment processor (iPOS) for online bill payments. When you use this service, you are subject to the payment processor's terms and conditions and privacy policy. U-Lock-It is not responsible for the security or handling of payment information by third-party processors, though we take care to partner with reputable service providers.
